Hope homeowners to show off Christmas decor

Homeowners in the Hope area will be hosting a Christmas homes tour Friday evening.

The event, organized by the Yellow Trail Museum, will feature six homes decorated for the holidays. The museum itself will be open throughout the evening for refreshments and a rest stop.

The self-guided tours will be from 6 to 9 p.m. Tickets are $10 each and are available at the museum, on the west side of the town square, starting at 5:30 p.m. Friday. You can also pick up tickets in adavance at WiLLoW LeaVes of Hope, Reflections hair salon, and the Hope Visitors Center.

For information you can call 812-371-7969.

During the homes tour, the Hauser FFA chapter will be selling cupcakes at the Larry Simpson building, which is the former Hope Star-Journal building on the east side of the square.
