Funeral services for retired Bartholomew County Sheriff’s deputy and three-term County Councilman Joe Bill Whipker are set for later this morning.
Whipker died Friday at the age of 68. Funeral services are planned for 10 a.m. at Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home.
