Cummins names new Principal Accounting Officer

Cummins Inc. announced, in a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Wednesday, that it had appointed Christopher Clulow as Vice President – Corporate Controller and the Company’s Principal Accounting Officer. The assignment goes into effect on March 1st.

The company says that the 45-year-old Clulow has been the Company’s Controller – Components Segment since 2014. The SEC filing says that Clulow will replace Marsha Hunt as the Company’s Principal Accounting Officer after her appointment to the Financial Accounting Standards Board for a term beginning July 1st.
