A Columbus man is facing a felony charge of sexual misconduct with a minor after an investigation yesterday by Bartholomew County deputies.

Judy Jackson, spokeswoman for the sheriff’s department, says that 22-year-old Dylan J. Carley of County Road 300E was arrested after deputies were called at 7:20 p.m. Wednesday to investigate the accusations. She said no additional information on the case is being released yet and the investigation is ongoing.
